Find Your Model Number
To order repair parts you need to know the model number of your appliance. Many appliances have a model name and number on the front of the unit but this is not the number the manufactures use. Most manufacturer model numbers consist of letters, numbers, dashes, and dots.
It is important to take the exact numbers from the model tag on the appliance only. Identification numbers on sales receipts, shipping boxes and energy guide stickers usually contain partial model numbers and may cause you to order incorrect parts. Do not use these sources to obtain your model number. Use and care manuals are also not a good way to find your model number. These booklets are produced to cover several different models and there is no way of identifying which model number is for your appliance.
Here is an example of what your appliance model number tag may look like.

Pro Tech Service is an independent service center providing exceptional support for all your appliance repair needs. Established in 1998, we focus on satisfying our loyal customers by providing them with the best customer service possible. In 1999 we were prompted to move into a larger repair facility located at 1708 Kimberly Road, Twin Falls and this location has been dedicated to appliance repair ever since.
In 2002, we invested in new computers and software to provide better access and information to our service technicians and the customer service staff. In 2009 due to ever expanding service needs we remodeled our current facility adding more square footage for our service technicians. As part of the new remodel our technicians are able to utilize current factory authorized service equipment and are provided with up-to-date training on the newest technologies. Another aspect of the 2009 remodel was the addition of a new sales floor dedicated to the sale of used appliances. Every appliance we sell has been thoroughly gone through and tested by our technicians. Each comes with a free 90 day warranty in our service area.
In 2017 Chris Cook purchased the company. He has been their longest standing technician spending the last 17 years with them. He has been through all the changes and has great plans for expanding the business. His first change was to incorporate a paperless system so all technicians have their own tablets out in the field. This allows them to take care of a customer more efficiently by having access to diagrams and parts look up at their fingertips. Chris also added a custom install division to the business, he has extensive experience in custom appliance installation and has trained his technicians in the field as well. We offer a broad range of service and have a highly trained staff to answer your questions. We pride ourselves on customer service and timely repairs. Our goal is same-day, next-day service and to have your appliance up and running as soon as possible.
